Introducing Optimo-Route

 

Just in time for Mothers Day, we have a State Of The Art technology to announce. Check it out...

 

We have been working on this project for the past few months, originally scheduled for release couple weeks before the last Valentines Day, However it took us longer than we had originally planned. But we weren't going to miss the upcoming Mother's Day.

 

The new technology is called Optimo-Route (or Optimo for short).

 

It allows you to;

  • Upload a Route for a Driver to Optimo (check the Optimo link below).

  • Optimo then Optimizes the Route in most efficient way and

  • Sends the deliveries to Driver's Smart Phone.

  • The Driver will then use his/her phone like Uber Drivers do to go,

  • From one delivery to the next following the map with directions.

  •  

  •  the Driver then makes the delivery and obtains Proof of delivery,

  • Proof of delivery can be both Signature as well as Picture.

  •  

  • The Optimo Agent monitors all of the Driver activities and

  • Automatically does the Delivery Tracking with

  • Delivery Start and Finish times and captures Driver Notes.

  •  

  • As the Manager you will know exactly where your drivers are on the map.

  • When the Delivery is completed, you can click on a button in Visual Ticket to see the Proof Of Delivery in the form of Signature and / or Picture.

Cost:

  • The first month Optimo is FREE after that if you choose to keep it, it will cost only:

  • $40 per driver per month.

  •  

  • The visual ticket charge is only 20 cents per delivery with 300 minimum deliveries per month.

  •  

  • You can have the system pay for itself by just the optimization of the route alone and the resulting Driver efficiency, and the automatic Delivery Tracking as extra bonus! within the first week of the month. If not, of course you can cancel at any time.

How to make it work?

Please perform a regular software Update (or Download) and check VT News (under Help menu) for further instructions. 

 

Once you have signed up with Optimo for your FREE first month trial period, go to Settings and Copy the Optimo Key and paste into Visual Ticket's Local connections (Acc3 Tab).

You can use Optimo on any one of your stations (including the Server), independent of other stations. The optimo Agent is recommended to run on the Server..
